We guide our clients through every heat pump installation, bringing care and attention to each project. Our thorough approach means every unit is properly sized and fitted, not just installed and left. By taking the time to get it right, we help our clients heat their homes efficiently and get the most from their system for years to come.

Over the last 10 years, we’ve built our reputation one installation at a time, and we’ve still got plenty more to give.

These are the values that shape how we work and set us apart from other installers. They reflect who we are as a company and guide how we treat every client, every appointment, every time.

Service Process

At Easy Life, our culture comes to life through three core values:

  • We take the time to size and fit every system properly, not just quickly
  • We explain what we're doing in plain, honest language
  • We care about giving you a heat pump that performs for years to come

We handle the necessary applications on your behalf, including any grant paperwork and building control notifications.
3

Site Inspection

Our engineer assesses your home's heat loss, existing heating system and available outdoor space to size the right unit for you.
4

System Design

We confirm your final heat pump specification, including radiator or underfloor heating changes if needed, before scheduling installation.
5

Installation Carried Out

We fit your heat pump, hot water cylinder and any updated pipework, keeping disruption to your home to a minimum.
6

Commissioning & Handover

We commission the system, test it's heating correctly, and talk you through the controls before we leave.
What documents are needed for a heat pump installation?

You'll typically need an MCS certificate once the system is installed, which is required for warranty purposes and any government grant applications. We handle the certification process for you.

Do I need planning permission for an air source heat pump?

Most homes don't need planning permission, as heat pumps usually fall under permitted development rights. Listed buildings and conservation areas may have extra restrictions, which our engineer can check for you.

Will I need to change my radiators for a heat pump?

In some cases, yes. Heat pumps work best with larger radiators or underfloor heating, as they run at lower temperatures than a gas boiler. Our engineer will assess this during the site inspection.
